I was glad a few months later they were simply "over" a couple of things, like Carl using guns. I think you described the opening sequence rather well.
I think Michonne could soon give Daryl a run for his money as most popular bad-ass character, but overall there wasn't really enough from her storyline in this episode to say much yet.
The prison set-up has potential, I just hope they don't restrict the show to one location as much as they did with the farm in S2.
