They really seemed to be avoiding letting anyone know the exact nature of the menace. I believe they were hoping to rouse interest in people who would normally never touch zombie film with a 10 foot pole, by showing clips from this action movie staring Brad Pitt fighting a mysterious threat, that only later will be revealed to be zombies, after your interest is already piqued.
