I am anti the words Star Trek being attached to this film.

From my FB,
"The name of the film may include the words Star Trek. But from the footage released so far, the spirit has nothing to do with what Gene Roddenberry envisioned. When will the turn to apocalyptic/darkness/dystopian finally end? I grow weary of the minds who think the future will be so bleak."

I suppose I am tired of the reboots being "dark", having lots of explosions, etc
