So Morgan Friedman's character was hidden in one of those lifepods at the very end of the movie. Posing as Tom Cruise's wife.

During the same time Tome Cruise's wife is waking up at the cabin on the lake.

Where did they get the 2nd lifepod for all the other lifepods were destroyed by the drones?
