I catch most in preview but think as tihnk and from as form seem to happen a lot, bad timing I suppose.

I wouldn't be surprised, in fact Cat-resurrected would seem likely a fairly probable episode-ender, and I'll hardly be surprised if they had that as one of a handful of various big moments rolling in the last five or ten minutes of S3E10, but it seeming to me like it's going to be Red Wedding for E9 and wrapping up Dany's conquests for 10, and that's midway-ish through the book and right before Joffrey's wedding, but Cat's resurrection even if mere days later doesn't, IIRC, actually get revealed till the epilogue and considering her relatively few aFfC appearances I don't think they'll want to advance that much, even if the do some Theon-style extra inclusions which also wouldn't surprise me.
