So much fun! And how brave of them to make the movie work without him having an armor for two thirds of it. I even felt glimpses of Shane Black's Kiss Kiss Bang Bang here or there.
And then that major reveal including that one character. Genius.
Loved the humor, all the hints to the Avengers, that even henchmen who showed up for like 3 seconds seemed to have a character ("Seriously, I hate working here, they're so weird!"
and the showdown was real kickass. Like you said: even the kid, which easily could have gone wrong, was great.
Probably Marvel's second best after The Avengers to date. Phase Two is off to a great start.
