It has potential. Not nearly as captivating to me as the first episode of Atlantis was. But who knows where this will lead. Some major overblown writing - the part where the Senator dies for instance. A bit too many cliches - overweight scientist done to death. Some great visuals. Some good acting. And an interesting premise. I'll be watching it till the bitter end.

It's definitely Stargate BSG without Cylons, but I like it well enough to keep watching. *NM*

The Odyssey is a classic fantasical story. Much like King Arthur/Jesus Christ, etc. Great myths.
