Well not really, but it sounds like a good idea.


Anyway, it seems much more likely that the self-destruct pipe was just a mistake that nobody noticed. I mean, who in their right mind would attack the Death Star in an X-Wing? Or at all?


I seriously doubt Vader would have the balls to fly through that trench with the turrets active. I assume I won't have to refer to your arguements about the Forsaken?

If Vader wouldn't do that, there's no chance he would deliberately include that weakness as a contingency plan.
