After watching both episodes, I think they're doing a pretty good job of phasing in the newbies - the first episode seemed to focus more on the old staff, while the second one was more of their interaction with the new kids. Second ep was definitely better than the first - I love JD as a character, but his teaching in that first episode just made me cringe. It might be a good thing that Zach Braff is leaving, because I've been thinking more and more that JD is becoming a caricature of himself.
As for newbies - I like Drew, Lucy's alright, and I can't stand Cole. Cole can go the way of Ed (Aziz Ansari) as soon as possible, thanks.
