Simcoe and Simon go on air, telling the world about their experiment and that they believe it may have caused the blackout. General anger ensues.
What was weird is that they had a public confession and then spend the episode indicating how they weren't responsible.
Simon offers his help for the Mosaic team and finds out that someone put up those towers in Somalia a year before he came up with the idea. He also has a few really great one-liners, that arrogant British snob 
Yeah, when he admits to coming up with it in 1992 and the pictures are a year older... that was sweet.

Dem and Mark find the Persian woman with the Eartha Kitt voice in Hong Kong. She claims that Mark is gonna be the one shooting Dem in March, according to his gun number. It could be someone just using Mark's gun, right? What the heck does she know?
What's interesting is that he turned his gun in at the end of this episode, so he doesn't even have it anymore.
Mark is going a bit nuts there and gets suspended from being FBI. He's more and more turning into the Jack of this show, for good and bad.
Yeah, his character wobbles back and forth on credibility.
The Persian woman knows D. Gibbons and has her own Mosaic on her wall.
Yeah, that was interesting... trying to lead events to their conclusion or keep them from reaching them.
Janis decides to try and get pregnant. But...she...does not like penis 
The no penises bit was great.
Olivia is a lot nicer to Simcoe than she should be, they have a lot in common and all that. *hug*
Yeah, I was a little creeped out by Olivia's 180 in how she interacts with Simcoe. What seemed an unlikely affair a couple weeks ago is suddenly a freight train of inevitability.
And just when he strokes a hair out of her forehead, he gets taken away by very suspicious looking paramedics!
Yes... very suspicious... paramedics don't normally shoot policemen...
Exciting! I hope there won't be a Christmas break or something like that.
Uh... you must have missed the part where they said you'd have to come back in March for the continuation of the story.
