1. What is your favourite classic TV sitcom (by "classic" I generally mean anything before 2000 and the reality TV/medical drama/HBO-ization/cable dilution of the market phenomena)? Why?

Friends. Was That 70s Show made in the nineties? I only watched "classics" as repeats anyway.

2. Who is your favourite classic TV character? (Not necessarily from the same sitcom as above)

No-one really stands out.

3. Do you like watching re-runs of old TV shows? If so, what are a few you like watching?

Sure, it's the only way I ever watched them. Besides the above, I have watched Seinfeld, Will & Grace, couple of other non sitcom things like Alias that might not be old enough.

4. Do you own any TV sitcoms on DVD? If so, which ones?

I don't think Scrubs counts, but Scrubs.

5. What decade would you consider the "golden age" of the sitcom?

That's a little hard, considering I don't know when most of them were made in the first place!

6. Laugh tracks - irritating or bearable?

Bearable, but can be irritating if they are too loud.

7. What sitcom did you hate the most and why?

I don't watch sitcoms that I don't like.

8. What character on a TV sitcom irritated you the most and why?

Mostly Ross. He's only funny as the butt of a joke, and I don't find that very funny (unless it's done ironically).

9. Which evil twin or brother/sister did you like best and why?

The only show I remember with an evil twin was Sabrina. And Futurama, but I don't think that counts.

10. What spinoff do you think was the best? The worst?

Spinoffs?

That's it. Switch your main dials to U and then set your UHF dial to 50.
