As far as Mind/Body switch episodes go, and most sci-fi TV shows have all had one... Farscape's "Out of Their Minds" is the funniest I've seen.

Incidentally, I wasn't crazy about the first couple seasons. I wasn't a fan of Zhaan or Crais. But I did enjoy the show more and more as it went on and it finishes very well.
