I did get an immediate Rousseau impression from her, especially as assuming she did set that trap. I have to admit it took me a minute when "Jack's sister" was referred to -- I forgot about that whole thing. Whoops.
So both Claire and Rousseau gave birth on the island, both were soon separated from their children, and both have turned into paranoid jungle women (I assume this is what has happened to Claire). Coincidence?
