Where, oh where did you read that?!? Obviously ruins my theory if true. I tried looking at Lostpedia.com to see if they have high-resolution images of the names, but no luck, just one hard-to-read shot. And in that shot, the only other name I could make out (and it was scratched out) was "O'Toole". Peter may not have won an Oscar, but he was once a candidate, it seems.
