Nope. X-Men and Fantastic Four are made by Fox and they own the rights to them. Only if they fail to make a Fantastic Four film for a number of years (10 I think) would Marvel regain the full film rights for those characters.
With Iron Man Marvel started actually making the movies by themselves. So Iron Man, Incredible Hulk, Thor, Captain America and Avengers are all made by Marvel Studios. Hence those franchises can cross over
