I didn't care for Nigel hosting it. I missed Cat! He talked over the beginning of the routines. I'd rather have them skip all the montages and just show the routines with no introduction.
While the bench routine is my all time favorite and I also love the hummingbird and the flower, I was hoping they wouldn't re-show the ones that were just on the 100th episode celebration. Especially since that would've meant I wouldn't have had to suffer through Bleeding Love again.
But I was ecstatic to get to see Neil and Sabra's table dance, The Garden, the transformers dance, and Allison and Ivan! Yay!
I really feel like the breast cancer dance is way over-rated. I know that's an unpopular opinion but if it weren't for the scarf on her had, I certainly wouldn't have known it was meant to be about cancer. I just think everyone got all excited about the concept, but it wasn't that powerful. The addiction dance was far superior!

I have to disagree with you. I think that the breast cancer dance really showed the hope vs despair that cancer brings, and I thought it showed it vividly. The addiction dance too was really expressive. They both spoke to me.
