That is fine, I don't see any blame attached to Tennant for Davies not being the writer that Moffat is. I do think it will be harder to compare how well Tennant and Smith have portrayed their Doctors, as I think Smith has benefited from a superior introduction... I also think the character dynamic is looking likely to better between Smith and his Companion than Tennant's.
