Sanderson has just tweeted that August 17 will be his deadline for submitting ToM.
Does anyone recall at what point he submitted TGS last year? I believe it was June, but I could well be misremembering. In any case, I truly hope a threeish-month window will be sufficient for Tor to release the book this year.

You are correct, he submitted last year in June. Brandon and the whole WoT family are pulling out all the stops to get these books out there for the fans. I wouldn't expect it to take them longer than last year. I hope :-)
