Yeah, but Elaida is not really missing in the strictest sense of the word. The Tower knows she was taken by Seanchan to become Damane. They even said she deserves it, to which Egwene replied "No woman deserves that fate." They are obviously not going to make any attempt to rescue her since they raised a new Amyrlin. They even said that she was either dead or beyond their reach. Since Egwene now has the Amyrlin Seat and the Tower is reunited, I'd say the war against Elaida is definitely over.

I'm looking forward to seeing how Elaida's last Foretelling plays out in the series: "The dragon will kneel at the feet of the Amyrlin and he shall feel her anger." Now that we know it has to be about Egwene, I wonder what will bring that about.
