Did the LTT soul exist/reside in TAR as a Hero of the Horn ...

... from (essentially) the moment LTT died creating Dragonmount, to the moment he was reincarnated as Rand?
I think we can safely say that the soul was never reincarnated as someone else between those two times.
Hawkwing recognized Rand/LTT, in Falme, as a fellow HotH. But he talked about fighting by LTT's side, and facing him across opposing sides, many times over the course of history, so that doesn't necessarily mean that LTT's soul was in TAR as a HotH during the specific time I'm asking about. The fact that Hawkwing referred to him as "Lews Therin", rather than (say) a previous incarnation's name, may suggest that Hawkwing mingled with LTT's soul in TAR during the time I'm asking about, but I don't think it's conclusive evidence of that.
Regardless, I tend to think the answer to my original question is "yes".
One of the reasons I raise this question is ... if the voice in Rand's head really is LTT (rather than a psychological byproduct of Rand's madness), what "version" (for lack of a better word) of LTT is in Rand's head?
Is it the version of LTT that briefly existed between when Ishamael healed him of his insanity and when he died shortly thereafter (as described in EotW prologue)?
Or, is it the version of LTT that existed in TAR as a HotH, up to the moment the soul was reincarnated as Rand?
Those seem to be the only two options, since the voice in Rand's head is aware of what he did to Ilyena.
The 1st option seems unlikely to me, because the voice in Rand's head seems to know more than what that version of LTT should know.
If it's the 2nd option, does it imply that LTT was mad with grief (like the voice in Rand's head is) the entire time he was in TAR, before the reincarnation? He couldn't have been much fun to hang out with, if so.
Rand doesn't seem to have any memories of previous incarnations other than LTT's, whereas HotH souls in TAR have access to memories of many of their previous incarnations. So, if the version of LTT in Rand's head is the HotH/TAR version, Rand only appears to have access to the portion that was incarnated as LTT.
I don't think it's all that important to know the answers to any of this, but these are things I've wondered about in the past.

LTT was close to perfect, and he barely managed to eke out a draw with the Shadow.
