The dresses are correct, and the posture is correct for Elayne to be on the left. If the hair color was switched it would be almost perfect.

If the Saidar was more intracately braided and the hair color switched on left and center it would be exactly how I pictured it.

Aviendha seems to have soft cheeks... her face should be tougher, and her cheeks sunburned. In fact, "Elayne"'s face looks a lot like how I picture Aviendha.
