Aviendha seems to have soft cheeks... her face should be tougher, and her cheeks sunburned. In fact, "Elayne"'s face looks a lot like how I picture Aviendha.
It wasn't just the hair color that didn't look right, but also the faces - the woman in the middle screams 'Elayne' at me in it's calm possession while the woman on the left just looks more tough and combative, indicating 'Aviendha'.
I'm glad the author cleared it up; interestingly enough, while working out this morning, I came to the conclusion that the author posted
.Because the woman on the left looks almost exactly like how I have always pictured Elayne in my head. The woman in the middle doesn't look like how I picture Aviendha (or anyone) though.
