She has not bonded him through the end of TGS. Unless Egwene made a snap decision to do so between being raised Amyrlin and the Epilogue. Seems like the kind of thing that would happen "on screen" though since it was a viewing/dream.

It is possible (even likely) that Gawyn is a Channler. His mother and his Sister both are and on his fathers side at least Moiraine was born with the ability. Given that he's got the genetics on both sides of the family it's certainly plausible that he is a channeler. Also I don't think he's too old to manifest the spark as men typically do so in their 20's and he's of an age with Rand... even Galad isn't too old to Spark, and has strong genetic connections as well.

I've wondered if one or both of these men would end up Channeling, given how often we've seen siblings/family members who are all Channelers. Vandene and Adeleas, the Tairen Lord (I forget his name) who's Manor house Rand stayed at had a brother who Cadsuane captured. Talaan spoke of her sister as well as her mother, cousin and Aunt, I think even a pair of Damane were mentioned as sisters along the line ... seems like both of Gawyn and Galad should be Channelers!
