Moghedien's nature makes it hard to really see if she's skilled, but she is Forsaken ... yet she got her ass handed to her by a rank amateur several times, including in an area where she claims to be the best of the best TAR! But she also pulls off removing Birgitte from TAR ... so it's kinda hard to figure out!
Moghedien herself says that only the surviving Forsaken can unravel Liandrin's knot, but they won't. She mentions 'nine others' or something. If all of the Forsaken can unravel it, I very much doubt that Moghedien has a skill in this area. Considering Asmodean can't unravel Lanfear's, that already makes Lanfear one up in shielding.
Nynaeve made a simple knot. Anyone in the world could have unravelled that in seconds if they knew how, and Moghedien surely did.
Certainly on the simple knot.
