But I believe that Semirhage tortures the Aes Sedai (Cabriana Mecandes) to extract information about Salidar and the rebels. The warder is taken with the Aes Sedai and Semirhage merely notes that he seems able to sense his Aes Sedai's pain. I really doubt that Semirhage or the DO is very interested in the warder bond.
