1) Rand Cleansed saidin, removing the Dark One's counter-stroke and very convincingly ending what was seen as the ultimate price of Lews Therins' actions.
2) Elayne, Nynaeve and the Bowl of Winds cooperative ended the Dark One's manipulation of the weather, correcting the Dark One's attempt to cause more death and disorder.
