I think Tam's comment "[Morgase] is alive, no thanks to the Whitecloaks" is just referring to what happened to her in CoS. I find it unlikely that it's referring to anything new that happens in ToM.
How many "military" people are with Perrin though?
Galad isn't just going to attack him randomly, and I think he can keep Byar and Bornhald from doing so. That leaves Asunawa and his 3,000 men, unless he's found more followers.

Yuppers, I assumed much the same. The pain that she suffered at their hands was spelled out more clearly than I'd've liked in the first place. Since Tam knows she's Morgase now, he probably also learned what happened to her. That Perrin met with Galad ties it all together, since I'm guessing that:
(a) Perrin's and Galad's teams stumble into each other and almost fight.
(b) Morgase is right there when it happens and recognizes her son. She stops the fighting and they have a touching reunion (in which she rightly bitches him out for wearing her former rapist's costume, as well as joining a group that would burn her and the WT at the stake).
(c) Morgase's identity and the events after Rahvin are revealed to Perrin, Faile, Tam, Galad, etc...
I think that, no matter what, Perrin has enough people with him to repel an attack by Asunawa's team. He should still have (a) the emond's field troops, (b) all of Alliandre's and (c) Berelain's troops, as well as (d) those two ashaman. That means that even without the (e) Wise Ones, he should be able to make 3000 guys run the other way.
Perrin has about 1,800 heavy cav, 4,000 Archers and maybe 8-10 channelers.
When the Wolf King carries the hammer, thus are the final days known. When the fox marries the raven, and the trumpets of battle are blown.
I don't see how the WC are capable of troubling Perrin
