Most likely refers to a time before or at TG (i.e. after another great battle, maybe at Caemlyn), not after TG, because almost all other Prophecies refer to a time before or at TG, too. No real reason that Nicola's foretelling would be such an exception and basically very casually reveal that TG will be won.
