I would like to add that the situation has likely created a place that is utterly uninhabitable by nonchannelers... meaning, basic Darwinian evolution may have created a breed of super channelers that could theoretically dwarf Lanfear and Alivia's potential.

Since it seems that Lanfear was the maximum female human potential. And insane male channelers are more likely to destroy others and themselves rather than to breed with female channelers. Since the females are not organized they aren't likely to seek out males for breeding purposes either.
