Moridin. Yes. I believe Demandred has been playing his own game all along and at some point Moridin and Demandred will square off against each other. Moridin will win because he has the True Power.

Aran'gar/Halima
Narishma. Narishma will get revenge for Eben's death.

I think nobody will kill him, but that he will disappear when the DO is resealed. So my guess is that indirectly Rand causes Shaidar Haran's death.
