Just a breath behind Rand and probably a hair ahead of Logain. That probably puts him on level with Demandred and Ishamael.
Right now, the Dark One has Three surviving male forsaken.
Taim, partially trained or not, is a valuable resource. Just like the Black Ajah. They can channel, that makes them both powerful weapons and necessary tools against the Dragon's forces(which is at least twice as powerful in sheer numbers, maybe three times).
Taim is already sworn to the shadow. So he can probably be considered one of the Forsaken already.
