Yeah, some think (or used to think, before nothing really came of it) that one Raven was Tuon and the second one was Semirhage.

I prefer the "real wife" (Tuon) and the "fake wife" (Egeanin) option, for myself, notably because it mirrors the viewing/dreams about Perrin and his hawk and falcon (Berelain and Faile), and both Egeanin and Tuon bickered with Mat a lot after the kidnapping.
