When hundreds of people insist that Trollocs are real because there is an entire set of northern countries that fights them and the Shadowspawn have been increasingly seen in the southlands, she thinks they are superstitious. Yet in the same moment, she sees random acts of nature and is reminded of omens, without noting that there is less basis for her beliefs than those reported by numerous eyewitnesses. To deny the possibility of Shadowspawn while your own exotic creatures came from other worlds via use of the Power, is another indication of her lack of judgment in many areas, while being overly critical in others.

She just seems somewhat lacking in terms of intelligence, even if she is observant and displays some aspects of learning.
