				I believe that the key word in the entire sentence is the AND.  The two statements are not necessarily dependant on one another.  
Throughout the entire series "The Three" have referred to Rand, Matt, & Perrin. At no point since the they left the Two Rivers have the three of them truly been on the same page, they have definitely not been "as one".
In order for the light to win, they must completely together. This is simply another variation of Min's "sparks of light being swallowed up by shadow" vision.
