the AS are masters of finding loopholes in those oaths, they've been doing it covertly for hundreds of years, it's been said as much, the oaths are charade so that the public believe them to be controlled


I couldn't agree more, we've seen far too many examples of slipperiness where the Oaths are concerned for them to be any serious consideration. All it would take is a single speech by Egwene to the assembled Sisters telling them that all they do, they do in the name of saving the lives of the Sisters already taken, that there are Sister's lives literally in danger every moment of every day from any Seanchan. And it really wouldn't be nearly as much of a stretch of the truth as other examples we've already seen. End of problem.
