Ah, but they only have to find a way around 1 component of any of the Oaths, not all of them or even an 'entire' Oath. The Oath in question specifically gives an exemption for using the Power as a weapon if another Sister's life is in danger. I think that argument can be made for the Sisters already taken by the Seanchan so is justification for 'offensive/first-strike' use of the One Power as a weapon.
Except that the Seanchan consider captured damane to be extremely valuable and as such the lives of captured sisters are infact NOT in danger at all. The Seanchan would keep them alive and healthy as well as they could, just as they would any usefull "tool" (which is what the damane are to the Seanchan).
The freedom/sanity of the captured sisters is in danger yes, but in its current form the oaths care only about their lives. Maybe if an AS could convince herself that being broken and brainwashed by the collar would be a death of sort, then they could claim that the "life" of the sister was in danger. But again this would be the type of mental gymnastic that I suspect few would be capable off.
Personally it would be smartest to just get rid of the oath alltogether, or atleast add an exception for the Seanchan. This exception would keep the people who are AS-positive/neutral happy, but allow unlimited warfare against the Seanchan.
