Not even Semirhage could actually overcome the oaths through torture alone. The problem is that it does not matter how much the subject WANTS to obey the torturer, the oaths work despite that. I suppose if you tortured someone for so long that they went utterly and completely insane then some of the oaths might be bypassed since the perceptions would be distorted.
I'm not saying she could torture someone to break an oath.
She likes to do her torture in a private, completely controlled environment. The Oath Rod could be used to create a more interesting, unique scenario. If she forces someone to swear "I will not give in to pain and will not cry" I bet she she'd find that an interesting experiment. Almost as good as testing what will happen if the victim's blood is removed...
Or lets say using OP as a weapon. The oath states that OP can be used as a weapon only in self defense, or the defense of a warder or _another sister_. If an AS damane could somehow be completely convinced that since she is property of the Empire, all female seanchan are her sisters, then she could use the OP as a weapon to protect any female soldiers in danger(her sisters).
I don't understand you logic here at all. In this context a "sister" is another Aes Sedai. Aes Sedai are sisters, Amyrlin is the Mother and novices are children. Property don't have sisters, they're not related to anyone.
Aes Sedai probably couldn't channel to save their biological sisters, because they all understand the Oath to mean just Aes Sedai sisters, and are thus bound by their interpretation.
