Rand set traps on Callandor in the Stone. Later he changed the traps in tel'aran'rhiod. We are told this when Rand is spying on Egwene's meeting with the Salidar Aes Sedai in Lord of Chaos.
The issue is that Rand has no idea what he is doing in the World of Dreams and does not know that this will not change the original traps.
Rand only told Narishma how to get around the new traps and hence can't understand why Narishma was so annoyed.
