The thousand year old damane tradition is so set in stone that any changes to the winning formula don't seem all that likely.
The Seanchan would also have to understand how the Oaths work to realize how the word "sister" could be used to their advantage. With the huge amount of suspicion and despise on all things Aes Sedai the Seanchan would have a hard time finding the loophole and believing it could be used to their advantage. I think.


Yes. In truth I don't actually believe it is going to happen in the books, there is not enough of the story left for something like this to happen. But it is something that could work based on what we know about the oaths and how they function. It is amusing to speculate about these kinds of things. :)
