If i remember right from new spring caddy is more powerful (they meet in an inn i believe and that comes into play).
I guess to me it would depend what kind of fight, if it came out to physical i would put all my money on Moiraine even if she is weaker and doesn't have the ter'angreal caddy does. I mean Moiraine will do ANYTHING to get rand there, she stated that with the oaths multiple times too.
If it came down to a more backstabbing mental game i think I might have to give it to caddy because she has so much more experience and ability to manipulate people it seems. Then again if caddy tried this i could see Moiraine just walking out and balfiring the crap out here...
Caddy would also not affect Moiraine like she does other people, Moraine has faced multiple forsaken, taken unbelievable risk and does not give up even when going up against people who should stand way above her (lanfear), so i don't think caddy's age, ability, experience, ect would mean crap to Moraine in a fight.
