Well she seems to know it, and Moiraine suggests that even knowing it is something you can be stilled for.

But that is my question. What makes you say she seems to know it? We've never seen her admit the knowledge of the weave!

She might not know it but she recognized it instantly, and she also knows other secrets like inverting, which no sister knows.

But recognizing a bar of liquid fire that instantly vaporizes whomever it touches as balefire proves nothing. Egwene recognized it when Nynaeve wove it. You're not suggesting she knows Balefire as well, are you?

And I thought it was clear that Nynaeve thought Caddy how to invert her weaves.
