For some reason, I think it far more likely that Moggy will somehow wiggle free. I'm picturing a scene near the end where Moggy thinks she's escaped from all the carnage and is plotting where she will hide and begin building some kind of new power base... then accidently stumbling into Nynaeve or Brigitte and pulling an Asmo ("You! No!" and then death took her).

I expect Cyndane to suffer the same fate as Semi and Graendal. Destroyed while being used as an expendable pawn in some scheme by Moridin.

As an alternative, I can easily imagine Cyndane being directly destroyed by Moridin, probably for trying to kill Rand in a moment of anger.
