edit: And he fired her because she effed up and allowed the DB to fall into the Shadow's hands and caused him a world of hurt. It wasn't really her fault the DG was stolen, but is was her responsibility.

As of now, the end of TGS, the position is still open if indeed there is even a position.
As for Mo, I've said all along that if she comes back still able to channel a very good position for her would be as Rand's ambassador without portfolio to the AS. She has the unique position of being well respected by both. If she can't channel I can see her with Thom as an "eyes and ears" team, either for Rand or Mat.

AS for your ridiculous statement "Rand didn't choose to keep Cadsuane around. She was forced onto him by RJ manipulating Min's visions to suit his plot requirements." RJ didn't "manipulate" Min's visions, he created them. And of course they suited his plot requirements, it's his plot!!!
