But considering that I can probably count on one hand the number of times Shara has been mentioned in the main text of the books, it would be really strange to see a group of people playing such a huge rule being introduced that late into the series. It's a shame RJ didn't skip the useless, way-too-drawn-out Bowl of the Farts plotline to instead write more about Shara.
But where else could he have set himself up to rule? Shara seems to be the best option, but honestly, having Demmy turn up with a Sharan army in the last book would be a little too out of left field for my tastes. But at least it could be strategically decisive.
