I'm not going to read all the other replies here, so if this has already been said... oh well.
Use the theory tag if you have your own theory about something. A well thought out theory. It's not to be used for topics saying "Hey guys, what do you think of this? Why'd this happen?"
Stuff like that is Miscellaneous, or use the specific book tag that it's from. I've also noticed you use the survey tag all the time. You should only use that if you're asking a series of questions all in a row.
