Chapter 4 - Lighter than a Feather. The expression is rather ominous in this series, being a reference to the borderlands' "Duty is heavier than a mountain, Death is lighter than a feather" saying.
I don't think it's what will happen (sounds too early for that), but if I had to pick the title for a chapter in which Lan dies, "Lighter than a feather" would have been the one I'd come up with...
Harriet tends to be a bit sly and to defy expectations with those chapter titles we can catch on to because they refer to established stuff, though. I guess it's more probably a chapter in which death is discussed (or almost wished for, as duty is becoming too heavy for the POV character) than one in which a character dies (though I remain quite convinced that at least one of the so far "immortal" second tier main characters - those like Lan, Loial, Siuan, Moiraine, Thom, Cadsuane, Gawyn, Galad, Berelain and so on I mean - the regular supporting cast around the main players that many even consider "main characters" - will die in TOM).

I'm still holding onto the belief that Lan won't die, and not because it would make me sad. But if he does die, I don't think it will be in a chapter so obviously named.
I also think "A Reunion" will not be Moiraine. Maybe not even Morgase and Galad.
