I'm just going to keep editing this as we get more. Unless the letters are still in a strange order, what is being revealed seems to be about Mat, Thom, Moiraine, or Noal.

We've got 2 almost words so far:

inn

it could be Aelfinn or Eelfinn, but in a couple of cases there aren't enough symbols in front for that to fit. So it could just be an inn. Or, they're talking about the Finn in an inn with Flinn :D
