It is odd Rurouni_Kenshin Send a noteboard - 17/09/2010 05:13:08 AM
Seriously, the thing that stood out to me most in the teaser chapter was Elayne's refusal to meet with Mat.

Here's this guy who saved your life and who you know is one of Rand's closest allies, and here's the guy who you wished was your father. They're here at the head of a pretty huge army. And you send your Chief Clerk to meet them? You don't send a letter, or come yourself?

I hope Elayne has a good reason, or I'm going to begin TOM being pissed at her.

It is odd because in Knife of Dreams she thinks about them often, praying for their good health and such.
When the Wolf King carries the hammer, thus are the final days known. When the fox marries the raven, and the trumpets of battle are blown.

Does Rand know she's pregnant? If not, probably she doesn't want him to know, so can't let Mat know. *NM* Helene - 17/09/2010 06:54:39 AM 410 Views
