1) Mat was perfect. His humor has returned to his thoughts, instead of being jokes.

2) agree that the timeline is funky

3) I bet Joline/Teslyn/Edesina gave Verin the stink eye when she wouldn't share Travelling with them.

4) The rumors part made me crack up.

5) I think there is definitely a reason Elayne hasn't invited Mat, other than her being a snot.

6) If it's a dead person in Mat's tent, I'm betting it's a somewhat meaningless character. I don't think it will be Talmanes or Olver. But it is late in the series, so I maybe more important characters will start dying.
