He'd be a much better friend to Rand than Perrin ever was or could be. Perrin really does make me ill. I really don't see how Hopper tolerates him.
I used to blame Faile for Perrin being a douche, but it's not her fault at all. Perrin is just a big douche and that's that. I wish Faile had hooked up with Rand - she wouldn't share him at all and would beat the crap out of Elayne, Min, Avi, Cadsuane, and anyone else who looked at him wrong, even if she had to wait till they were asleep to do it.
